Trauma-informed bodywork means every session is consent-based and paced to your comfort. You're checked in with throughout, touch is always intentional, and nothing happens without your awareness and agreement.
KillaNuna Healing does not bill insurance directly. Some clients use HSA or FSA funds, or submit a receipt for out-of-network reimbursement. Check with your provider.
That's most clients. Every session starts with a check-in so you always know what to expect, and you're never asked to do anything faster or deeper than feels right.
Sessions are conducted with proper draping at all times, and you're only undressed to your comfort level. Some sessions, like TMJ & Cranial Release, are done fully clothed.
Start with Somatic Reset if you're new or unsure. Choose TMJ & Cranial Release for jaw and facial tension. Choose Restorative Bodywork for a specific injury or pain point. See our full guide on the Services page.

A security deposit is required to hold your appointment. See our full Policies page for cancellation windows and deposit terms.
It depends on your goals. Clients managing chronic stress or pain often start with sessions every 1 to 2 weeks, then space out to monthly maintenance. This is discussed at your first visit.
KillaNuna Healing offers therapeutic bodywork for injury recovery and can complement physical therapy or medical care, but is not a substitute for medical treatment. Always follow guidance from your physician or physical therapist alongside bodywork.
